What you are feeling is a form of wisdom that can be harnessed. In this workshop, you will learn integrative strategies from structural integration, somatic psychology, and various movement therapy lineages that will allow you to become more creative and innovative both within and beyond your technique tradition. This two-day class is an opportunity to invigorate your practice and life.
This is a learning opportunity centered around the inherent wisdom of your (and your clients’) embodied experiences. No matter what technique tradition you practice, your clinical and personal insights are valuable to the therapeutic encounter.
Through lecture, demonstrations, and practice exchanges we will explore the possibilities of including integrative strategies in your work. How can they stimulate your perceptual abilities? How can they enrich every session you give? How can they free you to listen to the wisdom your own somatic experience in the service of others?
