BTI Continuing Education Workshops
Hot Rockin’ Reflexology and Sweet Feet Aromatherapy

This fun class is open to all massage therapists, spa and beauty professionals.
Foot reflexology done with hot stones and essential oils... what could be better? This combo is as delicious as peanut butter and chocolate! You can bring these creative new modalities into a variety of treatment settings, and your clients will love it.
You will receive an introduction to the:
- Theory and application of hot stones for this unique use
- Areas of reflexology for the application
- Essential oils used in this class.
You will give and receive a full session with the application of these three topics. Note that sudents who want deeper and extensive knowledge of the three topics (reflexology, hot rocks, aromatherapy), should sign up for the continuing education workshops offered in those areas at BTI.
Your session will begin with an aromatic salt scrub and foot soak. You will leave this workshop feeling grounded and renewed.
All supplies, including a set of 16 stones and heaters, will provided at the workshop for use within the class. There will be available for purchase of 16-stone sets, or just the tool rocks to add to your set and Sweet Feet cream and oil kits, as the supplies for your professional use in offering this session to your clients.
Class size limited to 20 students.
Claire Miller is a therapist and educator with three decades of experience in the field, and is a 2010 inductee into the Massage Therapy Hall of Fame. She is an honors graduate of the Boulder School of Massage Therapy and is a NC Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (#580). She has served on the faculty of several massage schools, and now specializes in the teaching and practice of reflexology, massage for pregnancy and Hatha Yoga. Claire presents seminars throughout the United States. She lives and has a private practice in Chapel Hill, NC.
