I’m speaking for majority of the girls at dynasty. The manager thinks she’s a pimp and acts like it, she’s dating the owner and because she was a former masseuse before she thinks she can relate to the girls and has what it takes to mange the girls by limiting how much they can make to “eliminate” competition with the girls. The girls are only paid $40 and u only make more if clients decide to tip,(extra $40 to touch over clothes,$60for topless, $80 for no pants AND she literally tells u u can’t ask them for money tho so good luck getting tips without getting fired even tho u follow all the rules) sometimes they know clients are not going to tip and force u to work on them anyways. The owner is actually nice and the girls like owner, the issue is manager. Management needs to fix up no one will say anything because there scared of getting fired so here I am and any girls looking for spa work try spaofeden !! Definitely luxury and the pay is way more respectful.

Everytime I chat with them in a session they mention how much they love working there. One of the masseuses recently told me her interview with manager felt like two friends catching up and it was an easy decision to take a job there. The masseuses who are good at their job bring home a lot of money because they focus on the client experience and it shows. I tip very well to the girls who do a great job (side note thats pretty well every visit because manager is selective with her hiring). So I don't know what you're smoking but I don't want any of it.

Additionally, I'd like to mention that they require the masseuses to accommodate clients regardless if they want to pay for extras so that the clients never feel pressured to indulge in additional services and only when they're able to/want to . Their focus on delivering an exceptional client experience whether the client is able to tip or not fosters loyalty and repeat business (which means more regulars for the masseuses and less down-time at work). Ultimately, their goal is to ensure clients leave feeling thoroughly satisfied (literally). It's about the connection with the client and creating the best experience possible so they come back and not about trying to get as much money from the client as possible.

We pride ourselves on being a high-end spa.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated and loyal customer base.

Our staff enjoys their work environment, evidenced by our low employee turnover and the high demand for positions at our spa.

We have been established for over 32 years.

We have the best customer service of any spa in the city!

The one former masseuse who recently tried working elsewhere has since left that position and sought reemployment with us.

My review is how I felt and my new friends made at dynasty feel about actually working at dynasty.



I agree it is a high end spa for guys and I encourage them to go for shiatsu massages(I’m not sure how much they are paid), but I would not recommend getting an erotic massage because it feels like extortion for the girls



Your loyal fan base is the only reason girls want to work here, for the consistency and “easy work” but it’s not easy. Every session were begging o ur customers to tip for full $80 so we can go home with a decent amount. And that makes me feel bad for clients because they shouldn’t have to feel pressured to tipping more because you guys can’t give us a fair pay without tips.



Ur manager picks her favourite girls and keeps them around. You can tell by her attitude and when she walks in she directly speaks with for example Saha, Vivian, Valerie, Yara, Charlie( All great masseuses) and they have there future set with dynasty so it seems.



Established for 32 years but new owners took over maybe 4 years ago and the this review is a reflection on the manager and how she treats her employees. The owner the girls are way more comfortable with because he’s not dramatic at all and keeps it professional.



You guys have great customer service because you guys only care about your customers and making money, not how the girls feel/ are treated. The girls feel uncomfortable talking to owner at times because he is dating the manager so there are a lot of things the girls have to endure and hold in for the sake of keeping their jobs.



If management changes I would definitely encourage other girls to work there but right now the manager on a power trip so I do not encourage it.

A day pass is $80. A erotic massage is $180. Masseuses only get $40. While increasing the price for the massage that masseuses do. Dynasty profits an extra $60 at the expense of the masseuses. Instead of paying us at least 60 or 80... kinda crazy.

I felt the exact same way but when u have an emergency or anything she’s very weird and turns on u and charges you outrageous fees, but if u ask owner he understands and doesn’t charge u. Manager is a female herself working with other girls and the only reason she’s in the position is because she’s dating the owner. She’s not professional at all. I did feel like we would have been friends and it would have been easy to work with her but she’s just fake. It’s all an act on her part. I’ve heard her talk about other girls concern about clients and her response was “ I don’t care, I just want their money” that’s not professional to say in those settings especially when girls are coming to u for comfort.

I Totally agree with that, but if the masseuses get at least $80 from the $180 door fee we would not mind at all catering for guys we know will not tip, infact it will make us feel better seeing you guys again especially if the session itself was good on both ends. Right now since we are only paid $40 from the $180 door fee we feel ripped off because what professional massage place actually gives there masseuses $40 for a massage ?? As for clients personally I feel like we strive to provide you guys the best experience and I don’t believe u guys should be expected to tip at all. also this is for other girls looking for spa work, there are other spas that respect u and pay better, I don’t even work at spaofeden but my friends do and I like how they are luxury like dynasty but pay their masseuses better. Same services btw!

The other ones like premier, allure, seduction, flirt, muse etc the girls get paid 120 for a bodyslide and HJ and door fees are 70 approximately.

Masseuses still provide massage service. Regular average massages can vary from 60-80. Ontop of that they provide hj, while being sexualized. It’s very taboo and why a lot of this stuff is so discreet. Just because we don’t get naked and do body slides stop us from getting paid a normal average amount for a massage and the work being put into that.

You might argue we’re not certified trained masseuses or RMTs, but the fact that we take the initiative to better our skills to better service our clients while being in a not so ideal environment should count for something especially in a high end spa like dynasty.

I bet if we got paid $40 and didn’t touch dick, it would be a different situation. If you disagree you can say that, then we would just both agree to disagree.

Btw girls who stay at dynasty and do well have great massage skills! I believe that alone should be worth more then $40 especially at a high end spa like dynasty. Tips are optional and if your good at ur job shouldn’t be an issue. But when clients who are cheap come in (happens often enough ) there’s nothing you can do about that. For those reasons I believe the masseuses should be paid more to compensate for the the actual work masseuses do. This isn’t a strip club lol.

A lot of my clients were actually surprised when I told them about the pay (I only speak about that when asked, otherwise I do not bring up talks about money during a session) but I didn’t complain and still worked with a smile on my face because that’s what I signed up for/ is expected of me. I also didn’t want clients to feel pressured into spending more from their pockets even after they have already tipped $80. I’d rather clients tip more because they genuinely liked the experience although I wouldn’t mind a pitty tip i guess lol, but that just takes away from the actual experience I feel and not my personal goal. But I know girls do end up taking advantage of that.

She also spends time talking to her regulars and getting feedback on how to improve the spa. Before she got her management position she was the top masseuse and fully booked almost instantly. When I tried to book her if I didn't call as soon as the spa opened up for bookings, I missed out pretty fast. She got her position because she earned it - not because of nepotism. I know the owner and he wouldn't let anyone in charge of his spa if they didn't earn it. He takes pride in delivering an amazing experience. She has previous management experience - making her fully qualified for the role. As someone who only does hiring for a living, I'd hire her in a heart beat because not only does she work her ass off but she also has customer service down pat.

So far we seem to have a bunch of experiences from customers like Brett4591. I would love to see more reviews from masseuses tho.

I know my masseuse friends are hesitant to post reviews in fears of being outed. but I hope this encourages more to speak out about their experience as an employee.

The main difference here is ur a client we have to make happy. I was a worker who’s being paid to be there so they expect certain things from us. What I wrote was my reality.

Masseuses also will not complain to clients about management because management goes and talks to clients and when clients say this masseuses said some bad things guess what happens to her ? .. she gets fired.

Maybe when more masseuses speak up you’ll realize things weren’t so breezy for us.

you seem to be complaining about $40 for 45 minutes of work ? without taking off your clothes or having sex or giving bj's? that is over 100k a year. not to mention its probably cash which means its worth double. i know doctors and lawyers who dont make that much. you are likely annoyed that they fired you because you didn't follow the rules or get many customers or repeats. cd as an outstanding reputation (from other threads I have read about them - including how they treat their masseuses). If you did not like working there then you should have quit before they fired you. a shame (and sign of the times) that people can bash others online while staying anonymous.
