She is only a one woman operation s make your appointments, don't do walk ins. Cause she locks the door outside during a session. Come on time, not early. And be patient and wait for her to open the door.

FYI. There is a micro in that apartment complex that is hit and miss as well there is another real close by that is reputable.

Gave this place a go, book a morning massage with coco and she was late. Wasn’t that big of a deal as I had my morning free so I was fine with pushing the 60min massage schedule, but The 60min massage turned into 45min for the price of a 60min. As coco ended right on time for the original appointment. Other than that Massage was good, but no pre flip tease. Coco offered more than a HE but I didn’t indulge, as she wasn’t attractive for me. More mechanical HE, if she used the whole remaining time for a slower prolonged sensual ending I’ll probably be back. For me, this place was a one and done based on the price and level of service. Too many strikes

Why did you pay for 60 minutes? Headshake. After reading all those reviews of all those terrible folks who run out without paying.. this one is closer to the facts that most paying customers get ripped off their massage time every day. You should have paid for 45 minutes, that’s it.

When I visit a provider for the first time, I’ll let them give the offer and cost. I generally wont haggle as I want to see what they are going to do to woo a new customer or just try to squeeze as much out as possible with as little service as possible. When I was paying at the end and she told me the price I was a bit surprised, but I could have tried to reduce the price a bit but then it ruins the moment and bottom line, she wont get a repeat customer and a less then stellar review. Right now I think there is a trend of people not indulging as much as much as they used to. The only cost the provider occurs when giving services is their time, its cost them no more to be topless, give a BJ, allow touching etc. If you want me to come back time and time again, then they need to up their game and give good service.

Agree about not haggling, but am pretty firm about time. An hour massage is 60 minutes on the table, 90 m is 90. Shorting on massage time is an instant no repeat.

Agreed if its not a regular. But for me when I am with a regular, the clock does not factor in....sometimes we go over by 1/2 hr or more, sometimes its less depending on mood etc. In the end it all balances out. My regular sessions are min 90min to 2 hrs. + -

booked an appointment.. showed up sign said they were busy and to text, texted and waited 30 min and no show..
I had even confirmed the appointment the day before.. very annoyed
