It's probably one of the counties in So Cal that hasn't been hurt badly by the recession, because it still has allot of active military bases there. Anyhow I was down in SD last week for a job interview, which I may or may not get.

One thing for sure I'm not about to commute 200 RT miles a day. I'll rent a studio apt there, and go back to my house on the weekends.

But honestly, if you want to really move to TJ, you have to think about other things. I mean, you can't go around fucking girls all the time in your spare time. Besides women, what other entertainment does TJ provide ? Is it really safe to live there when people around you know that you are from the states and have some dinero ? I know that kidnapping for ransom is rampant in Mexico. Hey, choosing a place to live is not just about girls, it should be more than that. IMHO.

Living in TJ would give me stress. TJ is like Vegas, a few hours and my business is done and I'm ready to come home.

Yes i know housing prices are going down,ive looked at Condos in San Diego. They are in the low $100,000, but i think they cost more because you have to bid with losers that really can't afford them, but they bid way up.

$100,000 home in Tijuas will cost u in San Diego like$350-$375

paying off a home gets you stress free,more free money to spend.
