It seems like this lady works at Tiger... Judging from her outfit that is. I would like to ask if the ladies with the tiger dresses at Tiger disco can be barfined as well? A assume everybody can be barfined and it's more a question of luck, right time/right place, preference, money etc etc. But I wonder if these ladies are something between gogo girls and bargirls... Coz the times I visited the place I noticed a certain "je ne sais pas" which was noticeble by the way they smiled at me and more or less stood a couple of feet away staring and that's for me "beyond the call of duty" for a waitress.
