Just noticed another MPA switched from one spa to another with different name but same pic.
I think reasons they do that:
1- They cannot build clientele who repeatedly see them because of their below average service in the same spa.
2- They get into some issues with management in terms of getting bad reviews or coming late or not showing up for their shifts.
3- They don’t like their job and have that attitude of “ I don’t wanna be here” but still want to make top dollars.

I think your reasons are a little narrow minded and focused only on bad MPA’s. There are great MPA’s that will jump from spa to spa just like people jump from job to job. Taylor just moved to Flirt VP from Oshawa and she’s a good one and none of your points apply to her. Becca (formerly Rebecca from Allure) just jumped to SRM and those reasons wouldn’t apply to her either.
  • If they don’t get the shifts, they’ll go where they can to make more money
  • If they don’t want to offer extras or if they do but the spa won’t allow it they’ll jump
  • Too strict of management or management being too lax and letting the animals run the zoo are also reason to leave
  • Commute might be a big factor although I know some MPAs that want to work on the opposite side of the city from where they live to avoid people they might know in their personal life.
  • Spa foot traffic will be a big decision.

I thought the Taylor in Oshawa had much bigger boobs

I respect your opinion, we should always respect others views.
First of all I was not talking about Taylor/Jaime at all.
I have a job for many years and I worked very hard to reach to a position I have now, and I am very happy, why would I start looking for a new job where I have to start from scratch and again work very hard to be in spotlight.
As we all knows there are some star MPA’s who are always busy bcz of their repeat customers, why would they leave that spa and go to another one and start rebuilding clientele again.
Yes I do understand sometimes they have to work somewhere else bcz they are not happy with management or they find out someone they know in their personal life comes to this spa.
My opinion was for those who offer below average service as I stated.

She (Jamie at La Villa, Taylor at Allure and now Flirt VP) had her implants removed

I had a session with Jaime/Taylor before, her attitude and service is top notch, don’t expect extras though, I did not repeat bcz I am more into bit curvy MPA with natural DD. It’s a personal choice, but you won’t regret after having a session with her.

This summarizes a situation of some MPA's who lack the customer service mindset to develop a clientele.
Yes, there are other reasons for MPA's to move from one spa to another, but if you start seeing the same MPA at a few places in a short period of time, it's the same red flag when you see a few short work stints on a resume.

1) scheduling conflict
2) the type of customers the spas are getting. There are cheap customers out there who demands top notch service and willing to pay very little
3) management and inability working with certain colleagues. Mary from Angel spa charged a girl 20 bucks or something like that for leaving the heater on when the spa is closed
4) compensation structures: some spas don't give the mpa one single penny from the room fee. this ticks a lot of mpa off.
4) not making enough. the mpas don't get paid unless they get customers.

… dont think u can compare position u got after many yrs w MPA who prolly started within past 5 yrs… usually less…

But in all industries, midtier people move around if promotion opportunities≠ there… for mpa, there are great shifts & shitty ones, plus shift opportunity…

The gd girls, clients follow… regs have her cell phone 📱 … so not much risk from movng… & new spa means new clients + old regs who follow…

…as for those movng due2 poor service… or diminishing looks… yer not wrong. Just not whole picture…

I think Mika moved to Sulexa bcuz opportunity to manage a spa… 🤨

Speaking of changing Spas, I completely lost track of Riya from Alpha, the one with the biggest breasts of Toronto. She must have changed about 4 times in less than 2 years.

No doubt, I know many people who, in their 20s,left jobs pretty wantonly. Staying for 2 years was considered a sign of complacency or cowardice lol

Some people buy and sell houses without making any improvement.
Spa girls are similar.
They expect things will be better at another place without any evidence suggesting so.

I bet location, commute, distance, etc., plays a huge role in where someone works.

Hundreds of thousands of job applicants get taken in by hiring managers during interviews, seems like this is the same thing.
