Looks like you want to be spoon fed. I don't really blame you cuz there are so many garbage and trolls lately on this site and you may need to comb through them.
There are 3 very well known semi legit spas which will provide you a very good to decent massage and good HE. If you don't mind the look and age, E&M Wellness on Kennedy and 14th with avg looking girls is your best bet at $50/ hr and sauna is free. Michelle and Jenny are the best ones to see there. So is Just Relax Wellness at 160 East beaver Creek with a bit better cleaner facility but $60/hr and free sauna, Emma, Thai Jenny and Eva are my fav there. But if you are into younger good looking girls in their mid 20s , then Shangri La wellness just 3 doors down west of Just Relax is your best bet at $60/hr with much nicer facility with en-suite shower, but no sauna. Cindy, Renee and Vivian, all in their mid 20s are my favs there. A fair tip for a good HE with minimal touching is about $40 going rate at most spas nowadays in Markham and Richmond Hills. Of course they might want more if you have Octopus hands.

Yi Ren spa is probably your best solution for a RMT- like massage along with a cheap release. Their room fee are as followa: $30/30 mins, $40/45mins, $50/60 mins. I personally would go for 45 mins session. Anita is a complete package with hard massage ,excellent service and youthfulness. If you want tip too much, then Sharon, Anna , and Yumiko are your top pick. If you are into young cuties only, then you won't go wrong with either Jessica or Suki. They both are only 20 years old and very open-minded.

Thanks for your reminder! I will stay away from shangri la. I get sick of those money hungry who ask for too much tips. Do you have any good suggestions? It seems like Yi Ren and E&M are a better choice.

Each spa offers their own uniquely different experiences.

Yi Ren - Not the cleanest, nor is it dirty. Girls are hit and miss and on the older side with average to below average massage skills.

E&M - Clean facilities, Michelle (for me) is the gold standard for massage and fun. Turnover rate for girls that work there is low so they have a good base.

SL - By far the nicest and cleanest place compared to the other two. Massage is pretty good to decent and the fun menu is somewhat diverse. KJ is a staff there and he boasts about this place for obvious reasons. You can even see he’s on MP from behind the desk. If you’re generally ok with his over the top promoting, it’s a good place to visit.
