I honestly don't get it!
How difficult is it for the spa owners to post the schedule with photos of the providers?? That and reviews is all i need. I could really care less about all the back and forth bikering and insults while hiding behind avatars - this is not high school!

If the people arguing all know each other so well, exchange numbers and talk it out outside the platform. Leave the reat of us out of it! This bs is such a turn off.

Here is a good example. When I left Just Relax 3 yrs ago, It took her 2 - 3 weeks to find one who is willing to do it. I was getting paid 600 a month . She is fluent in English and can write well. Two guys tried a few days and quit after 3- 4 days. It's a full time job if you have to do it every day.

Yeah how long does it take to copy and paste the schedule? For you being computer illiterate, it takes you longer.

As for finding somebody to shill, there is no job posting anywhere. So the boss is essentially using word of mouth to find candidates. I have several spas approached me to shill for them
I just teach the spa owners who to do it themselves

I did try my best, but no matter what, you will always come across some haters and shit disturbers.

Have a look at in my Shangri La days. There were 3 - 4 haters always trashing me and the spa I promote. I don't mind at all, cuz it keeps the spa on front page all the times. That's how Shangri La became well known from people coming over to visit out of curiosity.

So the girls you are hiring at Shangri-la are sick and tired of doing fs and bbbj. So why would anyone want to go there if it is strictly legit. I could go to many other places where there is a chance of a little extras instead.

By the sounds of it these girls did extras as a daily routine, so chances are they cannot provide a great massage. I could go to E&M and get a great massage and at least hope for a little extras or i could go to Holiday or Happy spa and get extras with a passable massage.

Uh...not true at all...I know many girls that left busy spas because they didn't like the boss. Popular girls can go anywhere and be busy...pretty sure you've said this many times yourself.

A few EBW girls left because they were not young enough or pretty enough and never got picked out of the line up. Some ended up at the spas you're shilling. The funny thing was those girls went and tell their new bosses they left EBW bcuz the spa was not busy and too much FS girls and such, The best thing was Bianca was there with them and told me back everything, Bianca aka Tina work at EBW until her spa was ready to open said it all about those so so girls with no repeat customers.
