I am surprised that there is very little intel on BBFS providers here. Toronto seems to have plenty of threads. I will update as more intel becomes available. Here is what I have come across:

Just my own personal perspective, BBFS has become more prevalent for two reasons:

1. Competition - when the eastern european arrived 20+ years ago, bbbj didn't exist, when the asians arrived 10+ years ago, they perfected bbbjcimsw, dongguan style, rimming etc., when the new african micros opened up in the 2020s, low cost bbfs shops became reality. When the african micros opened up, a few asian/indian micros also went that bbfs route; just use search terms like "no restrictions" "NOC" "NC" on LL and you should see a few ads for Edmonton (in Toronto or Vancouver, I would venture a guess that you will see dozens). If you see an indian micro or an african micro in Toronto, you don't even need to see the keywords, you can simply assume unless it is stated otherwise.

2. PREP - if you don't know what it is, look it up. that's what high end incalls use now to offer bb services, if you visit a high end lady, it is not uncommon to see their recent STI status and Prep prescription posted on the bedroom door for all clients to review. A clear sign that the bbfs addon is available.

I am all for personal choice, all of you are smart enough to make your personal choice, the above list is wonderful information. Use it the way you want to use it for, no need to argue; you can embrace or avoid, your personal call. I probably will not be using the list in the same manner as OP but valuable information nevertheless.

On a personal note, every time I am in Toronto, I am curious about these new african micros; never really tried an african provder before. While scary, I am curious as to what $60 all-in fs sessions are about; as one Toronto reviewer told me, you arrive, hand over $60, she bends over, skirt stays on, no underwear, you stick it in, deposit load, leave with whatever she passed back to you. I know I am allowed to BYOP, I am just chicken; I may talk brave, I am really just a sheep inside. While extremely curiously, I have not allowed myself to partake in such activities.

Just to tag on, PREP doesn't prevent herpes (which has no cure), hepatitus B (cures on its own but 1 in 20 people become lifelong carriers) and HPV (cures on its own but causes cervical cancer in women). Or any of the other curable STIs.
