Even with all the new cases that have happened, I believe the number of people who died was 3. When looking closer it turns out 2 of the 3 were residents of long term care homes. So it appears the elderly are still the high risk group for serious illness or death. Not something I am happy about, but at the same time, I do know that the elderly are at risk of any virus or disease. The elderly are very at risk of serious illness or death from the flu every year. Not trying to be heartless, I know my mother is one of the at risk group considering she is close to turning 90. But also, having talked to her about the situation, she would rather go about living her life as best she can as opposed to being locked down and not being able to get out and enjoy what remains of her life. She doesn't live in an old age home and is still very active for her age, heck she is more active than some that are 20 or 30 years younger than she is. So not being able to get out and do things like she use to is causing her a lot of suffering as she really hates being locked down. She knows the risk but at the same time she knows she has lived a long life and doesn't want a virus to stop her from living what remains of it.

Going to spa is safe if you just follow the proper safety protocols, wash your hands and wear masks in the room and refrain from kissing.
You stop going to spas but still going to restaurants, bars and gyms where you cannot wear masks and droplets flying everywhere is plain stupidity.
If you are a family man and have kids going to schools, you are not safe either.

There is no point living in fear. Living in fear is not the kind of life style I want to live. Be well informed, play safe , wear mask, wash your hands as often as you can, that will minimize your risks.
