I’m speaking for majority of the girls at dynasty. The manager thinks she’s a pimp and acts like it, she’s dating the owner and because she was a former masseuse before she thinks she can relate to the girls and has what it takes to mange the girls by limiting how much they can make to “eliminate” competition with the girls. The girls are only paid $40 and u only make more if clients decide to tip,(extra $40 to touch over clothes,$60for topless, $80 for no pants AND she literally tells u u can’t ask them for money tho so good luck getting tips without getting fired even tho u follow all the rules) sometimes they know clients are not going to tip and force u to work on them anyways. The owner is actually nice and the girls like owner, the issue is manager. Management needs to fix up no one will say anything because there scared of getting fired so here I am and any girls looking for spa work try spaofeden !! Definitely luxury and the pay is way more respectful.

Having said that, it's not difficult to create a new account, bad mouth an ex-employer to manipulate the forum member's feelings and boost another spa.
Concurrent to this post, there is another thread where it appears that some of the CD attendants were overcharging for removing their clothes and CD management is cracking down.

I feel like If u work at a spa and they have certain rules with pricing it should be followed. If some girls are charging more for removing clothes when dynasty has a set amount is unfair, but we are allowed to do extras as long as it’s not fs/kissing/ anything sexual since they are a licensed establishment.

But In a situation where a client would want a dom session and they bring in props to use, we can’t say it would be $20 extra otherwise u get fired, unless they offer extra ur told to deny it. But if they say can u do this for $20 that’s allowed. So that’s a grey area for dynasty.

And I don’t agree with girls overcharging but dynasty does charge $180 and out of the $180 the girls only get $40 so they pocket $140 at the expense of the working girls. The girls are frustrated with the pay and the managers attitude so it would encourage the girls to be sneaky and find ways to make more money.

Simple solution to this. Pay the girls fairly and treat us fairly so we actually like to do our jobs and clients and masseuses can enjoy their time

the service at CD been great, no issue there, i didnt know you guys have a standard for tip amount, thought the tip rate just keeps going up

I go to CD often. I only had an issue with an attendant once and management addressed the issue promptly. Most of the girls who work there really enjoy it from what I've heard anyways
