I don't know any court cases, so you can hold your view. You ask about my "BS at no extra price" quote. 'm speculating based on a post or a memory of one that massage represents a kind of a grey area in the judiciary because if an HJ is included at NO EXTRA PRICE, then it may not be prostitution. If there is a lawyer out there that could comment further, I'd appreciate it, as I'm just going on memory.

That aside, as we seem to agree, y view is this - many people on this board think that HJ or BS is "legal", and we got into this because someone said one of those MP's must have offered more than a BS. That is simply not true - and my authority comes from the fact that we know that places that only offer these services are indeed being "raided" at present - so it would seem the courts have not issued a decision to alter this behaviour.

And yes, the municipalities believe that a non-bawdy BS could be offered, and it is self-evident in their bylaws and licensing of these businesses. But so what - as we agree it is not the services that you receive that are the issue, but the activities of others that deem it to be a bawdy house.

One of my main points, or philosophies too, is that being arrested could be a life altering situation for many people. Fine, as you say, there may not be court cases to support or deny what I'm saying, but the police are still arresting based on what I'm saying. Look at what they did in Markham - publishing names. Try keeping your arrest, your court dates, your legal fees and perhaps your limited travel ability from your SO. Explain to your future employer why you had to check off the "Yes" box under having a criminal conviction, or why a Google search of your name yields a finding on the YRP website. I don't know if you're in a position to look an employer in the eye and say "she was just slithering on top of me" - that's all, I and many others, certainly are not.

As we agree, there must be more definitive judgments by the courts, there must be clearer national laws, and there must be clearer bylaws as to the overall legality of MP's and certain acts within them. I, though, do not want to even be arrested - and the way the laws stand and are applied, that is likely to happen when MP's get targeted by politicians and community members.

I believe you are correct here, there is basically a "lewd conduct", or some such wording, law that could theoritically allow the police to burst in on you having sex with your wife and allow them to arrest you, and the prosecutor to press charges ... of course the courts would throw the case out, but the point is that anyting the police officer wants to consider "lewd" is somethin ghe can arrest you for.

The police usually though take into consideration how the courts might look at their decision on what to arrest people for, as it could cause them one heck of a lot of prolems if they go around arresting people every time they think someone had sex.

Question..I know this is the massage board but I have a question about incall and outcall. If I go to a residence to see an sp or vice versa, is that mean they can't arrest or charge me then? The "Communicating for the purpose" is done in private, isn't it?

Here's a cut and past of the Criminal Code, Section 213. I think it's self evident that the law applies to a public place.



At an incall, you can still be arrested for being found in a Bawdy House, regardless of what you communicate. Outcalls are generally "safe" from busts for clients.
