As far as I know I have more active life than you. In a few weeks I will be at the golf courses a few hours a day with my friends every day, , go for sauna and massage 4 - 5 times a week after golf, spent a few hours at spas, a few hours a week with my grand kids, one hour of exercise every morning. - The SPA owners and MPAs are easy target. They do not have unions or associations to support them.

- Importantly: mayors and councils just want to show to their constituents they are doing something to improve something while they are doing the reverse:

WHY? because in real world if they put too much pressure on SPAs, the owners will move to Condos and Town houses. The business will not stop. Only MAPs and girls will be less supported even the current situation AND more people will expose to SPA business in condo environment than current SPA locations: people (non-customers and MPAs) also live in condos/Townhouses. So if the so-called goal is to improve the morals or society they are just doing the reverse !!!!?????
