Fact is, they work 12 hrs, mostly waiting around… yer not high paying client, but yer something… just don’t go when it’s busy, then they could miss out…

Semilegits tho! They get half rm fee… holistic gals survive on tips (ie gonna hafta top allot), & usually less talented @ massage…

The vast majority of the semi spas that we talk about on here don't work this way...usually the house gets $30. So for 30 mins, the MPA gets $10; for 45 mins, the MPA gets $20 and for 1hr, the MPA gets $30.

Of course, there are some minor deviations to this rule depending on the spa (for example, sometimes the MPA gets $15 for 30 mins). Also, very small, off the radar mom & pop spas are often more generous to the MPA in order to keep them around.
