If she is, then if you're a regular client of hers and have seen her multiple times, then I would give it a shot and see what happens.

It is fair to say that it is rare. But it is not unheard of. I dated a married RMT in 2015. She shared with me that she had given bj twice to the same client. She was very concerned about it as it could come at the cost of her licence. She also told me about the College of Massage Therapists and how as a matter of transparency they publish disciplinary hearing decisions. You can search them yourself. I would say 99% of the male RMT decisions are for sexual misconduct for inappropriate touching. They remaining 1% would be for fraud and record keeping offenses.
