Seems to be a new place in Waterloo that's advertising here on this site. Has anybody been there yet? Any Intel on the attendants and service levels?

Interesting.
Waterloo is virtually a ghost town for massage parlours/spas.
I'll be curious to see how this plays out.

I know there are lots of independent providers in Waterloo, but this is unusual.

Never find me going to that location. It hits a bunch of no, no's location wise I looked at the sign on street view
Across from a school, building has a child development centre in it, a few RMT people in there who are sure to complain

I went to Hickory Wellness today after seeing this thread yesterday. I texted the number posted and they said they have “really good massage”, which peaked my interest.

First, this place is difficult to find and is right across from a High School. There is also an insurance company in the same building if you’re looking to get a quote.

The spa was very new and I could tell they’ve only been there for a few weeks. I was met by a middle aged girl (mid 30s) who asked me how long I was looking for. I didn’t catch her name as her English was poor.

She brought me into a room and asked me to get undressed and lay on the table. At this point I thought the massage was going to be legit (spoiler).

The same lady came back into the room and started giving me a RMT-style massage. However, things got interesting on the flip. She was massaging up my groin and under the towel, but never made the move to offer extras. I was full mast at this point and asked her if she would like to have some fun. She politely declined, and continued the massage for the remainder of our time.

I have a feeling these ladies will be offering extras in the near future, but YMMV. They are likely being cautious given they just opened.

Only room fee, as stated on their ad. She was in a sun dress. I did get a receipt, but there’s no way I’m submitting it through insurance lol

Ok. This may really be a legit place then if they are giving out receipts for insurance. Just confusing when they advertised on this site as I did not think rmts were advertising here...

There is zero percent chance this place is legit with the advertising and pictures they have on this site...zero. They might have thought you were LE or bylaw or something, but no way they are legit

Went to check the place out.
It's on the side of the building at the back, so quite well hidden from the street. A bit open to the grocery parking lot, but reasonably discreet.
Everything is new so it's all clean.
Shower is in the washroom/laundry room.
I stayed with Bella. OK looking lady, with a pleasant smile. A bit chubby, but she carries it well.
I started out with no draping to see how she'd react. She did drape me but not with the full sized sheet that was on the table. She used a small towel. She moved it around but her openness encouraged me.
Next test to see how she was with my nakedness - I left my phone on so every tex, email, etc. beeped. After a few, I told her to stop for a minute while I turn my phone off. She did look away when I was standing. OK, mixed messages.
No real teasing during the massage. Time for the flip. Again, small towel for draping. She came close to the fun bits while doing my legs and stomach. One time when she moved the towel, I told her I wasn't shy and she could take it away. She played shy and just kind of giggled. So I removed the towel for her. She was fine with that. She asked if I wanted a "up and down motion with her hand".
I told her to go for it and she did, quite skillfully, I might add.
She allowed touching over her pants and under her shirt, but over her bra. No resistance at all, so next time I'll ask for a bit more.
Pleasant lady, decent looking, speaks decent English, gives a good massage.
All in all, a good new place.

I just went the other day and saw Bella. Similar experience as you.
However I found out about this site from Annie (supposedly) that used to work at maple wellness in Guelph.
I had received a professional style text saying. Hey this is Annie I am working In Waterloo now. So I decided to try it.
I went during the week to see Annie but apparently she doesn’t work weekdays. Just sat sun? Not sure. Anyways. Bella gave a really strong massage and I would go back for that alone. Much like Annie always gave a great massage. On the flip I was covered and I hinted towards an HE. She said they aren’t offering it but because I had seen Annie then she would offer it. And much like your review, she was good at it. lol.
I paid 70 room fee + 50. FYI.
There was no real teasing but she wasn’t shy to massage most places.
I think maybe they are the only 2 working there right now. But time will tell.
I believe they want to look professional but will offer to clean respectful clients.

The pricing on the ad seems to be different than the sign at the door.
