Hi im fairly new to this forum and had been looking to find a sp. Ive noticed that toronto has a thing for bbfs and was trying to find that but vancouver but barely found any useful info aside from extreme hostility towards to it or is extremely old post. Yes, you can ask the PP handler directly and they will tell you. Steep price point though, and the photoshop makes it a little hit or miss. Still, probably the most reliable option. Most of the LL "no c" ads are cheap but not great.

Two Toronto-based forums have large Vancouver sections; both are ok with talking BBFS/No-C; Azn747 doesn't encourage it but won't ban you, either. Torontobbfs is straight up about it, but there's a membership fee.
