Legit means Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Fully licensed and you can claim the fee from your insurance. Very very very little chance of much in the way of extras at these places.
Semi-legit is an unofficial term that tends to describe a place where you'll usually get a decent to very good massage and usually a happy ending. Sometime YMMV may lead to a happier ending.
Holistic describes a place where the massage is of secondary importance. They know you're there for the fun stuff and will almost always deliver.
Licensed Body Rub is a place where massage is mostly secondary, but the service levels aren't always up to what you'll get at a holistic place. But you can expect hotter MPAs and nicer facilities at a Body Rub than at a holistic.
