I imagine the nail spa in Kingston was identified as being the common source as their employees had no problem admitting to working there, and the spa had the phone numbers of the exposed clients, and were conscientious enough to advise them of that exposure.

I would be surprised if massage spas, their attendants, and clients as well, would be similarly forthcoming.
