New Fantasy reported open

According to a posting on a competing forum, dated Oct. 5, 2004, NF is definitely open again for business. The old manager is no longer there, but the same guy is in the guard shack, and many of the same girls. As the poster didn't get flamed or contradicted, this may be the real deal. I read in another post here that N.F. was closed for drug dealing, which is the first time i had ever read that. I had read that N.F. was closed for und***ge prostitution (A.M. Costa Rica) and tax evasion (La Nacion), so I'm wondering where the other poster got the story about illegal drugs. This is the fundamental problem with C.R.; you can never separate the truth from the rumors. However, the poster on WSG gave enough verifiable facts and dropped enough names for me to believe his story that N.F. is indeed open. Good news for many, and I hope it's truly, truly true.

Just for the record, rumors of its reopening were first reported on this forum way back on 9/22 and the fact was confirmed by a reliable source (thanks to VegasBob) last Friday morning (10/1).

When you mentioned flaming at a competing forum, at first I thought you were referring to CRS (though they're not really any serious competition to us), so I went back there to check. For some reason Seahawk is still posting there, though lord only knows why, and reported NF open on 10/4 (in 2 seperate threads and there were only 3 other posts (by newbies) on that board in the last 10 days).

WSG is a great board, but when it comes to specialized CR info it still can't compete with this one. The first report didn't come out there until 10/5, but because of the usual delay caused by Jackson reviewing each message, was probably posted the day before.

Prolijo, I have to agree. The main problems with WSG are their all-encompassing scope and Jackson's requirements about pre-screening the posts for "regular" members. WSG is however easier for the blind to use, as the interface is a bit simpler. Now that Admin-1 has fixed my access problems, I'm spending about 90% of my C.R. research time here; I only wish that I had access to CRT prior to traveling to San Jose. Other CRT members, notably Tanager and Shamas were very willing to help however. Tanager even copied some of his trip reports directly to my e-mail, and that helped a lot. I'm a bit bummed that NF wasn't open while I was in SJ; my hotel (as reported in another post) is right across the street! Talk about convenience! I'll eagerly read CRT for further news/reviews about NF and the other massage places. By the way, I've never visited CRS or CH, although others have mentioned these two forums in other posts. My gut instinct is that I'm currently on the best forum of the four, as pertains to Costa Rica. Thanks Prolijo, for your feedback, corrections and posts. Hope to meet you one day in SJ.

Where is New Fantasy ?

Hey... NF is on Avenida 9 between Calles 9 & 11, on the north side of the street, about mid block. NF is just across the avenue from the north side of the Hotel Don Carlos, immediately down the hill from a hotel called the Hemingway Inn. By the way, if you continue west from NF, you'll find Farol Rojo, Zona Blue and VIP's #1 within three or four blocks. Av. 9 is a busy thoroughfare, as it is a feeder road to the highway to Heredia. The house has an iron gate with a guard shack just inside it. Look for the "Peligro! Perro Bravo!" ("Danger! Guard Dog") sign. Good luck!

Taina at Oasis or NF?

My favorite at NF was a short, cute, blue eyed, super dimples, great massage tica named Taina from Limon who claimed she was a "beginner." ( 3months as of August)

Has anyone seen her since they reopened? Heard she may have been at Oasis while NF was closed. Her best friend is Michel.

Inquiring minds want to know! I really had a great time with her. Your mileage may vary.

Went to NF for my first time yesterday , was disappointed in the quality of girls but the place has a great setup. So far Idem is the best in my opinion but i have yet to check out ZB.
