that aside...my personal take is the Whitesnake is making false claims about safety of the spas. Adding fear to hobbyists is not helpful. But these are places of business and he’s making potentially false claims against them negatively impacting their revenue stream. I’d be shoving a lawyer down his throat at this point.

however, this is just a review board. So, depending on what I expect the poll results to be just maybe he might realize nobody is listening and slow his roll on his Covid19 fear posts.

If he came on as an anti-prostitution poster trying to undermine the industry with general statements that would be one thing. But, he makes constant claims that if you go to these specific spas (the ones in the posts) you will get COVID-19. Without any factual proof but the intent is to do damage to the integrity, competency, reputational value of the business, that is defamation (libel) - making false written claims about someone/a business. This crosses a line (a legal line) and that is my issue with his posts and why he needs to dial it back.

I agree, a moderator/admin should have spotted this and stepped in to put a gag on him.
