I usually come too quickly due to the excitement / anticipation pre punt, so I tried one hour bookings, but found it difficult to come again properly again within the hour.

Try a half hour booking, take an hour break, and then do a second half hour booking. That works best for me.

A tactical wank before the first booking will help you last longer though.

In my experience, very few guys can cum more than once in an hour.
