Secondly, you should never tip them before in the vain hope of getting better service.

All you do with that largess is to remove the incentive to provide good service.

You tip them the after the session, but only if they provide good service.

yes, my first experirnce was good but the second one was really bad. i asked for the young girl but when i was in the room old lady came in and just did a mechanical job which actually hurt a bit. i never tipped her though. but i am not going back there coz there are much better places out there in a very good budget.
