First let me thank all that have helped. I cannot really talk about my arrest or anything involved around it. I will privately thank those that have helped me and quite frankly I saw lots of names that I did not recognize when I was given a list of donators.

I want to write my account of my stay in prison in TJ. In all I was incarcerated for 34 days. I first want to get the blessing of the site owner as he may not like the idea. I presently don't have a monitor, at my home, but will soon and will be checking sites often as usual.

I am not wanted in the US for anything, and I know their are articles out their that have suggested that.

Many thanks go out to my wife and the mother of my son, who worked together with the mongering community to get me out. I am about 20lbs lighter and when my wife saw me she thought another month would probably get me back in good shape(lol).

I have a bet with a monger on this site about weight loss...I hope he doesn't accuse me of cheating(lol).

If the bail is only $9K, the charges probably aren't very serious. Maybe he won't even do any real time. Sucks that he doesn't even have that much. Can't help but wonder what was the guy thinking??? Samspon is currently being housed with 20+ men in a 6 man cell in the La Mesa prison in Tijuana. Life is primative, he even has to pay money to take a shower. (The only charges against him are related to pimping and pandering. There are no charges for things like minors, kiddy porn, drugs, weapson, etc.)

I scanned the most recent information and although a friend of mine was nearby when I was arrested, he did not pay a fine or any money period for his or my freedom that night. This is a fishing expedition to bury someone and please be patient as I will explain all the half truths and other things that have not been discussed but I think you will find interesting.....but after the outcome.

I just logged on and I know that someone is making up stories about what happened that night. Some folks drink his Kool Aid and others know better.

I will explain many of the things when my case is settled.

My last court date was February 20 when again the police did not show up. They were suppose to be there for a "confrontation". One officer has attended a confrontation but the others have missed each time.

I can assure you that no one else was arrested or almost arrested in my case. Someone was present and that was all HE WAS PRESENT and saw me get arrested.

It may be that the "arresting" officers are not even police officers any longer. I cannot say for sure, but I can explain that part when the case is over.

When the truth of this is known, there should be some embarrassed guys out there, but who knows. I am sure they will find something else to dwell on.

Yes you are. You give an example of public manifestion of prostitution that is illegal then say that prostitution is illegal. You are confusing public manifestation of prostitution with prostitution; one is legal everywhere in Tijuana, the other is only legal in the Zone of Tolerance.

The reason the website says "prostitution related infractions" not prostitution is because it is public manifestation of prostitution--not prostituiton per se--that is illegal outside the ZN.

Hey I'm just looking out for Dr Choi, and the historical record of prostitution boards. I know in the future what Country John did will go down in the annals on prostitution boards as a miracle, and take on mythical proportions, and perhaps it should, but I just want to set the record straight on what really happened in the end.

Right now the record shows Sampson was put in jail for all kinds of outrageous charges, but later the charges came to be just 'pimping and pandering' a felony in Mexico. Sampson had his bail reduced to $9000, his friends, turned out not to be his friends, or just didn't have money, because fucking whores in TJ comes first and were unable to raise much money, maybe they raised $1000 at the most?

Country John gets wind about it, gets on his white horse with $10,000 in hand, and says, I'll bail Sampson out! TJ Taxi, says hell if you do that, come by and pick me up, and I'll put a serious dent in your liability to the tune of $2500, and Dr Choi, who see everything in casino terms, puts down a $1000 bet, saying if Country John isn't full of shit, I'll send the $1000, so Burt, TJ Taxi, and Country John get on their horse[ Crown Victoria} see Sampson's attonney, and throw the money on his lap and say, get Sampson OUT of PRISON NOW! Sampson sent a earlier message saying, he didn't think he could hold on much longer. Ten hours later Sampson's out, and Country John rides off in the sunset like the 'Lone Ranger, until he is needed again, and is out on the limb to the tune of $5000 if Sampson skips down, as I understand he is weighing his options.

In order to keep the story real and not turn into some kind of myth it would be good to get some kind of breakdown, it doesn't have to be exact, but it should at least give us some idea how much Country John, will be out when the final tally comes in next week. { In case your wondering, I'm giving some more money this Thursday to CJ, and if Sampson jumps bail, I pledged even more money} I hear many other guys made pledges late, so after everything comes in, CJ's liability could be mere mortal standards, but he'll still deserve hero status.

At first, when I read this post, I was surprised that the exchange rate worsens as the cash transaction size increases. I had expected just the opposite to occur. But my personal experiences have only been with transactions that involved $1,000 U.S. or less, where rates were unaffected by transactions of that small size.

In my limited knowledge of large markets, like exchanges, rates seem to improve with larger transactions.

But in thinking about the mechanics you went through, I guess what you experienced makes sense. Any particular cambio or bank branch is probably not immediately & directly connected with large foreign exchange markets, but instead likely look to the streaming data from exchange markets as just a benchmark for their own smaller exchange operations. I imagine most of their own dollars and pesos obtained and used for exchange activity, at each cambio and bank branch, come from their own exchange transactions with their customers both buying and selling pesos (& dollars).

So when someone like CJ walks in with a large exchange transaction to make, the drawer (US banks might call that a "cash peg") gets unbalanced between pesos and dollars. To bring things back in balance, the cambio might need to transact with foreign exchange brokers or their cambio competitors. Those brokers logically won't offer as good a rate as retail cambio customers provide in their routine daily retail transactions.

I doubt that sampson had much longer to wait in order to get sprung.

However, there's no doubt that CJ's offer and actions got sampson released sooner than if CJ hadn't gotten involved.

This "mysterious guy" sound like either a liar, a crook or a big fucking hypocrite.

An exact accounting will be very difficult. Some guys made anonymous donations. Also money that was dropped off at Viva Mex was forwarded to Sampson's ex-wife. In some posts this caused donations to be counted twice.

When Country John made his offer some of the money was at Viva Mex. Some recent donations were still in Samspon's ex-wife's out of state bank account, some money had been forwarded to TjTaxi, other moeny that had been pleged hadn't arrived.

Country John showed up with $9,000.00. He was determined to bail out Sampson even if he had to come up with every last penny that was need.

I met CJ in Tijuana early Friday morning; TjTaxi was at a bank in San Diego waiting for it to open. When TJTaxi learned CJ had $9,000.00 on hand he left the funds that were in his control in the US. (We were all a little nervous running around with that much cash because what we were doing had been discussed on-line.)

While TjTaxi was driving to Tijuana I had the privildege of helping CJ convert dollars to pesos. (The banks we visited had a $2,900.00 per person daily limit on converting dollars to pesos. Also the more money to be covert the worse the exchange rate gets.)

I think CJ has now received some of the money that was promised to him, but I believe some is still outstanding. I hope everyone who pledged money won't forget and leave him holding the bag.

There is no "Mystery Guy." There is no mystery. I've known Sampson for a while. There are no secrets. Things that are not known through postings are not intended to be shared, It's that simple.

My motivation for helping Sampson? He's a friend.

Now I would caution you against becoming hysterical, if you want to stay under the sheets then that is your biznez.

Understanding how things work in TJ takes study and experience. Long time members of this or any other board know that and so should you. Sampson never said that he was not guilty of anything, where is that coming from? Sampson was going to jail and his friend was lied to in order to extort money. Sampson was already in custody. The payoff was a shot at getting him out. It didn't work out. What is there to understand?

What is it that people are "afraid" to say or ask? I never got that Sampson was hiding anything from anyone and actually he's been quite transparent through this whole ordeal. Someone is trying to create a controversey here.

Let me repeat that, THEY WILL FUCK WITH YOU!!!!It's very easy to get you on a related charge, in fact in the infraction page on the legal guide to Tijuana, "prostitution related infractions is one of the highest rated crimes that Americans are charged with in Tijuana, along with being drunk and pissing on the street.

If you want to use an example don't use one walking out of Carl's Jr, used an example one that has happened to others and more likely would happen to someone in the future. You are with a club girl on REVO and taking her to the hotel to fuck for $100 dollars, and the cops see you and stop you. In the US and Tijuana the cops always separate you too and later put the stories together, and someone always talks, they always do. Now the TJ cop knows the facts, what is he going to do? If you want to use another example, you could use the example of you and a young 18 year old escort outside of Mc Donalds, since we are talking about escort on this thread

Anybody, have an answer what the TJ cops, or later if it gets that far a judge would do? Anybody know, or care to offer an opinion?

I think what happened is the bribe was paid "in the early hours." It wasn't until after the cops pulled a double cross that an attorney was hired.


Yes. It seems one of the problems agency owners have is collecting their money from their escorts. They want to get it before the chica spends it.

Actually manifestation is subjective...basically a chica cannot wear ho gear and stand on the corner, unless it is in Zona Norte wear it is tolerated. Adelitas although in the Zona Norte does not come in this category as the chicas are indoors. So that is why prostitution is going on all over the community and no one says anything about it. Now if street girls start wearing their ho gear and standing along Diaz Ordaz in La Mesa there could be a problem.

That being said, I suppose if an escort went to pick up a client dressed in a school uniform, then the police could step in. Still I believe it would be a waste of time for the police and the judge....

Manifestation is a charge used sometimes in the US when trying to clean up known prostitution areas. The girl is looking like a ho, and then they stop her, and she has several arrests for prostitution and then they tell her to go home or they will take her in for manifestation. Now when she sees the judge, the judge will give her areas of town she is not allowed to be in...ie...the judge might say you can no longer be walking in a 4 block radius of el cahoun blvd, from this block to this block...

Well I don't agree with you Country John, but I thank you for your opinion on the matter, and I'm glad you stepped forward and helped Sampson out, a person you barely knew, but knew only from the internet. If it wasn't for you maybe Sampson would still in in prison awaiting the outcome of the trial? I don't know if I'll ever understand the Mexican justice system, but I guess in a sense it's like the US justice system, if you have money the system works better than if your dirt poor. I guess no matter what the outcome is Sampson will stay out of Mexican prison which is good.

There are a few people out there questioning your motives of getting involved in such a big way Country John, but we won't get into that, and at the same time, they are looking out for you and want to make sure you get 100 percent of your money returned to you, lets just hope it's soon?

And I'm not here to past judgment on Sampson, as procuring female talent for men is something he does, and I bet it's in his blood? I think in this life it's best to have a job or career you really enjoy, and I'm just glad Sampson has a working relationship with the escorts, where he only gets a cut out of the transaction of running a escort operation, and doesn't try to scam the escorts and mongers out of their money like so many others in the game like to do. I really love how he insists that the females offer GFE service on each and every session, and wish Adelitas hired Sampson as it's company trainer and forbid the use of the word 'feenish' to be used by any chica working there.

However Country John I smell a rat with the 'mysterious guy' if he was so innocent, and this was just a case of bad luck....why all the secrets? And really it's no secret as most long time posters on these boards have heard about it, and whispered about for months now, yet no one will say anything out loud about it fearing retaliation, banning, or something?

The worst part of this whole ordeal is the ''mysterious guy' wants us to believe there is no added danger of doing escorts in Tijuana, yet according to the story, he is just standing by an escort operator, and he himself almost ends up in prison, but by the grace of GOD, and $3000 dollars he escape being a guest at the Tijuana prison.

What happened to talk of standing up to the Tijuana cops if your not guilty of anything, or is that just talk?

Well if I was Sampson I'd still blame the lawyer for the stolen money, because the Lawyer is suppose to understand the Mexican law and culture. He should have known he would be able to get the bail reduced to $9000 and get Sampson released the correct way instead of trying to pay off a bribe if this is the case?

I also warned Sampson many times that either the escorts or the customers were cutting him and other agencies out of the equation, but he didn't believe it at first saying I didn't know what I was talking about. Later he understood it was happening, to other agencies like Cumintj.com, but not his.These Mexican chicks are different, it's money talks, and bullshit walks with them, as most of them are willing to cut out the agency. The Mexican chicas aren't as needy emotionally as American street HOs and really aren't looking for a 'Daddy' figure, as money will do.

Another thing I found weird and many escort services will do this like Sampson did at 7/11 store Burt talks about: Right after the session and before she does anything else, the escort is instructed to meet with the agency owner, and turn over his cut of the money about 1/3. I guess they don't trust the escort, or thinks she is going to blow the money. It could also be an old Pimp habit of not allowing the prostitute to keep all the money, because if they have too much money, they start thinking too much?

I been checking out a online book by one of Sampson's friends, called Brother Rapp, retired from the business living in Mexico now, and it would seem Sampson broke a few pimp rules from his book. I talked with Brother Rapp via his site, and he gave me permission to do a review of his book, and when I get time, I'll review his book. Here are a few rules Brother Rapp has put out as he has about 100, but I'll just quote a few:
