I guess for me, it boils down to Fantasy versus Reality, and how far do I want them to overlap. If in pursuing my fantasy, I increase the risk of getting my nuts in a wringer, then I gotta throttle back on the fantasy part, and that for me means a quick reality check of her ID. Does this throw cold water on my fantasy? Yes, but better ruined fantasy then getting said nuts into the wringer.

OK, I'm going to play devils advocate. If you are looking for a young looking sg or bg, why ask their age and if they say 18+ then ask for ID? For me I am not concerned about the "chased" woman laws. If she is not 18 then she can wait. I can say I have had at least two 19 year old high school students, but they found me I did not find them. Probably more than 1/2 of our chicas are chicas that had a friend working with us and asked her friend to get her a job.

Just the other day I was reading on another site some monger was going on about "Exotic Connections" and he had a session with a supposedly 19 year old girl that still went to high school.

First of all if a chica is still in high school even if she is of age. I'm still disgusted over that. Escort services shouldn't be recruiting girls from high school period, unless she is an adult going back to high school at night.

But if your going to do a high school girl that's of age. I think the very least you should do is "due diligence" and ask her age, and look for things that don't make sense. For example you see things like, "she only works 3PM to 8 or 9 PM chances are that's a high school escort.

Do your homework, because some agencies are going to tell you that the escort is over 18 but she might not be. Ask, and don't be afraid to ask for ID.

What I was saying is that in the US if they find out you are doing underage girls in Tijuana. You are going to jail if the TJ police turn you over to the US, and you might even go to jail in TJ breaking their underage laws, and you'll be in serious deep shit!

In Tijuana there are some sleezy lawyers that might get a agency owner off on underage charges. I"m not sure, but what I'm sure of is there are some Mexican lawyers saying they could get a escort agency off.

There is a law I forgot what it's called, but I have it on another thread, and really it has to do with non commercial sex between a older guy and a young Mexican girl.

It's something like a chaste law, and supposedly if you could prove the young girl in question isn't "chaste" for example she has a history of prostitution, fucks all the guys in her neighborhood, and already has a baby. Then supposedly under Mexican law they won't put that guy in prison for having sex with that underage girl.

But I don't know how it will work out in real life or if the lawyer is just bullshitting those escort owners and guys that ask those type of questions. But I do know there is such a law code and it's talked about on the internet that I saw a few times.

Something I read in another thread has got me a little worried. The comment was that a monger caught in TJ with an underage girl claiming to be 18+ will be in more trouble than her or her agency. Being an old fart, I can't distinguish those years between 16 to about 23 just by looking at her. Wonder if it's okay to ask for some ID from a chica if they look underage and will it help, legally speaking.
